10 Meats to Eat on the Carnivore Diet

Starting out on the carnivore diet can be intimidating. It can be frustrating to try and figure out what you’ll be eating for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Luckily, the snacking tends to stop as your hunger decreases. However, here are some great meat suggestions that helped me get through the first few weeks of the carnivore diet. I’ve included Amazon links in case you can’t get to the store.

  1. Hello Melinda,

Your article just came in good time. My husband just started the Dukan diet and he was searching some ‘recipes’ to make his meat days more appealing 🙂 The bison burgers seems an interesting choice. I would recommend him your article.
Thank you for an interesting selection.

  2. I’ve heard a lot about the Keto diet. I am looking for something to take off the weight and trim the belly fat.
So what concerns me is how hard the diet is to follow, but I am willing to try it. These are interesting selections for meat.I’m not a big meat eater but I would surely love the bison burgers.
Do most people stick with it and lose the weight? That’s what I’d like to know. Thanks for the awesome tips!

  3. As a vegetarian, I am always surprised by how many meat options there are. I usually only think there is pork, beef, and chicken, but that is not the truth. Each part of the animal produces different types of meat. People can really package meat in a variety of ways.

I do have a question though. How has your body felt since going on the carnivore diet? It seems rather unbalanced to me and I would assume you would need more than just animal protein to sustain yourself. I look forward to reading your answer.

Thank you for sharing and I hope you make it a great day!

    1. Honestly, it is the first diet that has been incredibly easy for me and shown a bit of improvement in my autoimmune condition. I tried AIP, GAPS, Paleo, vegan, raw vegan and keto. Carnivore is just so much easier and I actually am starting to see results after a month. The other diets I saw no improvement and spent 3-6 months on them.
