I don’t believe that most people who are following a carnivore or ketogenic diet will ever need this product. The reason for inflammation is often due to an over consumption of carbohydrates. While Turmeric does have a calming effect on inflammation, it doesn’t always have a positive impact on every person, as we can see through the digestive distress that it cause some of the users.
While the majority of the people gave this product a 5 star review, it is possible that many of those reviews were based on receiving the product free, as this is a common marketing strategy. I would suspect this is the case due to the vast number of reviews of this product.
This product is probably pretty good for someone who is unwilling to reduce inflammation by changing their diet. It does provide a hope of relief for people with arthritis pain.

Hi Melinda. I remember growing Turmeric in a small plot on our farm many years ago, It grew so easily and rampant that we decided to remove it. But that was before we knew about it’s medicinal properties, and it’s only known use was as a condiment. How I wish we had of expanded our operations with the crop instead of removing it. I think the same thing happens with most vitamins, pills and other medications. If you are eating a healthy diet your body won’t need these items. Therefore you do not see a result or a benefit from taking them. If you are eating a poor diet you will see results as your body needs this nutrients. Turmeric has been around for centuries and only recently become such a high trend item. I believe it is due to the fact that it has benefits but our western diet has made the demand for these nutrients higher than it should have ever been.
Turmeric Curcumin is a natural product with no harmful additives. If it helps with the symptoms of a variety of illnesses, it may be safe to use unless it causes some harmful reactions. Of course, the use of diets suitable for symptom removal is of prime importance if it can be easily achieved. What I do not like is that these kinds of products are branded and given the impression that it handles all the diseases and symptoms right away.
I like that it can show effect within 14 days. However do you have any recommendations for people who do not benefit from it?
