Bee stings, irritations, burns
Take 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil and place on a minor burn. This will decrease teh pain and irritation. I recently burned my hand on some tea and luckly had my lavender. I tried this method out and there was NO redness, swelling or pain. There was NO sign of any burn. Lavender is amazing!
Drop 2-3 drops of Lavender oil on a cut to stop bleeding, clean the wound, and kill bacteria.
Combine with a Carrier Oil
Eczema / Dermatitis
To use topically on a larger area, mix several drops of lavender essential oils with a vegetable mixing oil, such as sesame, or coconut oil. This is great for eczema and dermatitis. A friend of mine who suffers from eczema swears by this!
