I actually found a lot of value in the Bacon and Butter cookbook. It was very thorough and provided a lot of information that is great for keto diet followers and those who are new to the ketogenic diet. The recipes were delicious and simple enough that even I could make them!

    1. Thanks, so much! Yes, some keto recipes are definitely drool worthy! I would suggest following some keto people on social media. Eat bacon for breakfast and try to stick with meats and veggies. That will give you a good start! Best wishes!

    1. The ketogenic diet is excellent for treating epilepsy and diabetes. It reduces the inflammation in the body. People who are overweight benefit as their body turns into fat burning mode on it.

  3. This looks like a great offer to try. I have wanted to try the Keto diet and find out what it’s all about.

    A free digital version is all I will need. I like Bacon and Butter so this should be fun.

    Is the Digital Version the full book or do I have to get the printed copy of all the recipes?

  4. Yummeh, thanks for letting us know about this free cookbook! Have never heard of the ketogenic diet, what does it entail? (I’m guessing it has something to do with bacon?)
    These recipes sound delicious and you would be able to use them even if not following the diet. By now, many people are ad-desensitized in any case, so handling a few promotional offers in exchange for all these recipes would probably not be a problem at all 🙂

  6. This is great for anyone looking to do Keto. The Keto diet has taken the world by storm and understandably so – its benefits are fantastic, especially for those with certain medical conditions. What has me interested in Keto is the fact that its food choices are anti-inflammatory, so it’s something I’ve always considered giving a go at least part-time throughout the year (I love mixing things up). But, I didn’t want to live on just meat, vegetables, and low-carb fruits, so something this would give me tons of choices in the matter. 

    1. It is amazing how many combinations you can come up with when it comes to meat, vegetables and low-carb fruits. I find that the simpler the meal, the more I stick with the diet.
