This is a portable far infrared personal sauna. It includes a negation ion infrared heating elements, portable chair, timer and heating foot pad. The dimensions are 27.5″W x 30″D x 38″ H. This infrared sauna only takes five minutes to heat up. The timer can be set for thirty minutes maximum.

My Final Opinion of Portable Infrared Sauna
I bought this sauna as a way to detox my body. I was convinced that it would heal some health conditions. While it did help me sweat a lot and provided loads of relaxation, I don’t know if I was sweating out toxins. It didn’t magically heal my alopecia. After a while, I got tired of using it and eventually gave it away. However, I will say that it worked well when I did have it.
I loved that the portable infrared sauna was easy to fold up and put away when I was done using it. It folded flat and easily fit into my closet. I also liked that I could easily move it from one place to another.
I used this frequently and it was very easy set up and take down. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to try at-home sauna therapy.

Hi there. Very informative. I knew these type of things were out there, but never looked into them too closely because I figured they were expensive. I stand corrected. This one looks great. I love the fact that it is so functional, portable and very fairly priced. I do miss using saunas as when I belonged to a gym. Since I no longer belong to a gym, this might be the way to go. Privacy of your own home is definately a huge perk.

Great! They aren’t expensive. I gave up on using them though. Even though it was convenient to do in my own home, I wasn’t a fan of sweating in a sauna. It’s all personal preference.
