  1. Oooh, yea! The treadmill can be annoying I agree. I like to meditate while running to keep my mind off the thought of “how boring is this.” A HIIT can be a great way to push your self even more. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Right? I hate the treadmill, but mixing it up with working at a treadmill desk or watching something on youtube can totally keep me doing it.

  2. I want to use a treadmill for my High Intensity Interval sessions. I also do intermittent fasting and when should I run on a treadmill for optimal fat loss results? And can I do it while I am fasted or should I do it after I eat my first meal?

    1. It is recommended that you do it when you are fasted. However, I like to eat first thing in the morning and I use my treadmill after my first meal. I start with a long warm up at a moderate pace though. I think you can test it out and see if you like exercising with food in your stomach or without. 

  3. I’ve always preferred stationary bikes over treadmills for cardio, something about them makes me feel unsafe. But I suppose since HIIT lasts a shorter while, they might be easier to get used to?
